Kanye West blames 'T.L.O.P'album delay on Chance The Rapper

Whether Kanye West is pulling a publicity stunt or not fans are almost getting tired of the confusion surrounding the release of is upcoming album 'T.L.O.P' now he say Chance The Rapper is the one to blame for the delay.

The American Rapper, Kanye West had announced yesterday (12 February) he will reveal the expected release of his highly anticipated album "The Life Of Pablo" to the masses before the day ended.


At around 10:30 p.m. PST, Kanye west took to Twitter to blame Chance The Rapper  that the album was not yet commercially released.

"It’s Chance's fault the album not out yet… he really wanted Waves on that B*tch, we in the lab now." he writes.
