A man who says that having s*x is his priority . has spoken that he hardly use a protection, despite the many notches on his bedpost.
Danny Wagster, 27, from Manchester, who is single and doesn’t plan on settling down any time soon, says he has slept with 2,500 women in ten years.
He told The Sun:
“My s*x life is fast and furious. When I go out, I have women hanging off me. I usually sleep with five or six different girls a week.
At 18, I started working out in the gym and began getting a lot of attention from women, so I took advantage of it. Even though I had a girlfriend, I slept around, and during the two years we were together I bedded about 50 girls behind her back. I’m not proud of it, but I was young. I found the attention flattering. Over the last decade, I’ve had around 2,500 partners – and I’ve only cared about two of them.
The self-confessed s*x addict says he won’t go longer than two days without a romp and sleeps with an average of five or six different women a week.
S*x is definitely an addiction. The longest I ever go without it is two days. If I’m with a girl I’m really attracted to, I want to sleep with her constantly. I once got a cheeky w**k in the queue at Alton Towers, and then we had s*x in the gardens. I’ve also done it in loads of disabled toilets and in clubs and pubs – it keeps things exciting.
I’ve had threesomes, and sometimes it’s more than one woman a night. On one occasion, I had sex with four girls in the space of 24 hours in a hotel room in Manchester. I didn’t even have time to change the bedsheets. I know a lot of girls, and either I’ll call them, they’ll call me or I’ll meet them on Instagram, Facebook or in strip clubs.
I like beautiful girls and have good judgement, but sometimes booze can interfere. If I wake up at my place and discover a girl’s unattractive, I’ll call them a cab and they can wait outside.
There’s no point beating around the bush. I once woke up and realised a girl had a nose like a Boeing 747, so I escaped out her window wearing her daughter’s size-five trainers. I left mine and my Roberto Cavalli leather jacket in the sitting room where she was sleeping.

The idea of being in love is nice, but I don’t like the reality. Growing up, my dad wasn’t around. He’s got 12 kids with five different women. Dear President Buhari,
On January 4, 2016, between 12 and 38 people were killed in Udeni Ruwa, in Nasarawa State. On January 10, up to 45 were killed in Agatu, Benue State. On January 17, 3 herdsmen were killed by cattle rustlers in Gareji village in Taraba State. On January 23, between 30 and 60 people were killed, including a police DPO in Demsare, Wunamokoh, Dikajam and Taboungo, all in Adamawa State.
On February 2, another 7 people were killed in yet another early morning attack in Agatu, Benue State. On February 7, ten people were killed in Tom Anyiin, in Benue State. Four days later on February 11, two people were killed in Abbi, Enugu State, and nineteen were declared missing. They’ve not been found. Thirteen days after the festivities at Abbi, on February 24, somewhere between 300 and 500 Nigerians were killed in Agatu. As if that was not enough, on February 28, another nine people were killed in Agatu, including Musa Ademu, my driver’s brother, who was beheaded.
Then a few days after that, on March 7, eight people were killed in Logo, and the next day, 12 were killed in Mbaya-Tombo, both in Benue. Mbaya-Tombo suffered two more deaths on March 13, 2016, then fifteen more on March 17. On March 20, residents of Ossissa, in Ndokwa, Delta State fled their homes following attacks by cattle rearers. Six days later, on March 26, residents of Ugwunesi in Enugu State were left wondering if they were second class citizens as they were arrested for meeting over the problem. They were granted bail on April 1, after spending a week in unlawful detention. Then the violence went far South when on March 29, between 7 and 16 people were killed in Ohali-Elu, in Rivers State, for ‘stealing cows’.
Between April 3 and 4, there were violent protests in Tarka, Benue State, over the murder of an APC chieftain by Fulani herdsmen. Tarka General Hospital was also attacked during those two days. On April 9, Olu Falae, a former SGF, was attacked for the second time in a year, and a security guard was killed. This was in Ilado, in Ondo State. Then between 15 and 44 were killed in Angai, Dashole, Dori and Mesuma villages, all in Taraba State on April 10. On April 13, a herdsman was killed in a reprisal attack in Ilara-Mokin, in Ondo State. Showing that people are now taking matters into their own hands. Then on April 18, we got news that another 18 people had been killed in Moor, in Benue State.
Just a week ago, on April 20, soldiers were attacked in Agatu, Benue, and a policeman, Corporal Ebiakpo Akparakazi, was declared missing. To my knowledge, he still has not been found. Then yesterday, despite forewarnings, the attack at Ukpabi Nimbo, in Enugu State, which killed up to 20 souls.
To my knowledge, there have been only six arrests outside of 92 who were arrested in Abuja, 56 of who have escaped.
Your primary duty as C-in-C is to secure the lives of ALL Nigerians. All the dead are Nigerians. People you swore to protect. That you have not said a word about their fate, is a gross dereliction of duty. It’s one of two things Sir, either you let us know that you are incapable of protecting the lives of Nigerians which you swore to defend, and resign, or you kick your security team into shape. There really, are no other options. The only other option is eventual anarchy, and I am certain that having done so much to get into this office, that is not what you want to be remembered by.

3 Exercises That Can Help You Burn More Fat Than Running
Running is one of the most beloved exercises. It helps burn calories, and it is a great stress reliever. Moreover, it requires almost nothing, except a good pair of running shoes and an open road. Nevertheless, even if it burns calories, it does it at 10 calories per minute, during a normal marathon pace.

1. Battle ropes
This exercise will help you improve your strength, hand grip and balance. They are designed in such a way that makes you work harder and try more. This, in turn, provokes you to put in more strength and power when doing the exercise.
The ropes help you build muscles like biceps, shoulders and legs, depending on what variation of battling ropes you do. There are several exercises that you can do with the battle ropes. Plus, you can do different motions, like linear or circular. Each movement works a specific group of muscles. For instance, you can try doing squats while moving the ropes in a wave motion (double or alternating). Then, you can do the slam.
Take the ropes by the ends, stand with your feet wide apart, lift your hands above the head, and slam the ropes on the floor with all your strength. Stand up, and repeat the move several times. However, if you want to work on your obliques you can do the side slam. The movement is similar with the previous exercise, just bend your knees a little bit and slam on the side of your body.
2. Cycling
Cycling is beneficial to your health for numerous reasons. First of all, it improves your flexibility and muscle strength. Further, it helps you tone your behind, waist and legs. Also, it pumps your heart, making it stronger, as well as rejuvenating your brain. All in all, it is an exercise that puts your whole body to the test and boosts your health to higher levels.
You can take up cycling even if you do not have time for it. For example, you can cycle to work, instead of taking the bus or driving a car. It is healthier and saves you money. You can buy one of those folding bikes, that would fit easily in your office, bag, or car, and wait there until the next time you need it. Additionally, they are great to carry with you if you go on a trip and want to ride a bike there. Not only are they functional, but they are affordable, too.
Static bike
In case you do not like the previous option, you can always buy a static bike and use it at home. Doing bike sprints would be a nice alternative to running. You would burn a lot of calories in only 60 seconds of hard cycling. What you should do is pedal as fast as you can for 60 seconds, then gradually go back into a slow pace. Repeat this a few times, and you will burn hundreds of calories in a matter of minutes.
Fat tire biking
Or, maybe, if you want something more powerful and demanding, you can try fat tire biking. The reason it’s hard are the tires themselves. Unlike the regular tire, these are bigger and fatter. Thus, they require more power to be put into pedaling in order to move. So, you will burn more calories, around 1500 per hour of cycling, or 25 per minute. It is a massive difference from any other exercise on this list, or anything else.
3. Burpees
This is a combination of exercises, more accurately push ups, and squat jumps. It is intense and demands a lot of strength and endurance. That is why it is great for building stamina and balance. Moreover, you work your whole body by jumping, squatting and doing push ups, so nearly every muscle in the body is being used. It is a great option to lose weight as well as improve your physical endurance.
Burpees do not require any special equipment or a lot of room to perform the exercise. You can do them in your garden, on the balcony, at the gym – anywhere where you have enough space to jump. If you do them for a few repetitions, and combined them with other exercises, the end results would be amazing. And this goes both for your physique and mental health.
So, how do you do burpees? Well, first you should get into a squat position, all the way down, with your hands next to you. Secondly, push your legs backwards and get into a push up position. Do a quick push up, then go back to the first position. From here, you will jump up high, and land in a squat. Repeat a few times. If you want maximum potential, do as many burpees as you can in a minute. If done correctly, you could burn around 10 calories per minute.
These three exercises can be done in combination with others. They do burn more fat than running, but if combined you will get the best results. Even better, they do not require a lot of time, plus they can be done both inside and outside, which is great for busy people, or if weather conditions do not work in your favor. All in all, there is no excuse not to try them out, at least. Take a shot and see what happens. After all, your health is the most important asset you have, and you should not be lazy about it.

Another Attack!! Terrorist Fulani Herdsmen Strike In Obiaruku Village In Delta
pandemonium broke loose Tuesday, April 26, 2016 as residents of Obiaruku, the administrative headquarters of Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State were thrown into confusion when heavily armed gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen stormed Okuzu, an agrarian community in the council area of the state.
The people of Okuzu, a nearby community to Obiaruku, were left scampering for safety as the gunmen raided the community, leaving the people running, a development which led to an overflow into Obiaruku, the major town in the council area.
Trouble was aid to have started when the Fulani herdsmen attacked the people and started shooting sporadically between the hours of 2: 00pm and 3: 00pm on Tuesday.
Mr. Emmanuel Agetue, from Obiaruku, who spoke on phone, said, “It is true that Fulani Herdsmen invaded Okuzu. When I went to see a friend of mine in Akuzu, I saw people running helter skelter and there was confusion everywhere.
“The people were running everywhere and there was pandemonium community. They first told us that the Fulani Herdsmen were in the bush but later yesterday and today morning, they struck again”.
He said the Fulani Herdsmen laid siege in the bush before entering the community where they started shooting sporadically.
Confirming the attack, the deputy speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Friday Ossai Osanebi told journalists that he received a call from someone who told him that Fulani herdsmen had invaded the community.
According to him, “I have called the chairman of the council but she has not picked my calls, maybe she is in a crucial meeting”.
The Deputy Speaker, however, appealed to the people not to attack the Herdsmen as it would be more dangerous for the people, noting that the state government was doing everything to curb their activities.
“It is better to ask them to leave your land quietly than to fight back. The federal government is giving deaf ears to the killing of our people. Please remain calm”, he said.
As at press time, it could not be ascertained if there was any casualty as calls put across to the phone of the police public relations officer (PPRO) of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Celestina Kalu by our correspondent were not answered.
It would be recalled that cattle rearers popularly known as Fulani Herdsmen whose activities have gone berserk in the state, heavily armed with guns abducted a non-academic staff of the Delta State University (DELSU) Abraka, Mr. John Ogeleke, on his way to Ogume from Kwale. He is yet to be released.

Weird!! Goat Born With Human Face Totally Shocks Villagers (Photos)
A weird goat that has been born with a face resembling a human baby has got people in shock and wonderment.
Ibrahim Basir, a farmer has spoken of his shock after he found the newborn goat had the face of a human baby.
Ibrahim shared pictures of what people have claimed is a fawn, (the mythical fusion of goat and human), after it was born in the village of Felda in southern Malaysia, and throwing the entire community in a state of shock.
The kid did not last long after its birth and its carcass has now been handed over to the Veterinary Services Department.
Villagers offered Mr Basir, 63, money for the carcass, but instead, he decided to hand it over to the experts to enable them to carry out an investigation on the strange-looking kid. Ibrahim told local media he was initially shocked when he found out that one of his goats had given birth to a kid that had the features of a human baby.
He said:-
“When I went to check, I was quite shocked but fascinated too as its face, nose, short legs and even the condition of its soft body seemed like that of a human baby, whereas the light brown fur covering its whole body resembles that of a goat.”
He added that despite the features, the fawn-like creature did not have any umbilical cord.
Ibrahim said he believed it was trampled by its mother, and added: “We kept the carcass in a polystyrene box filled with ice cubes before taking it to the district veterinary office at around noon yesterday.”
Enugu community laments ---Police Abandoned Us During Fulani Herdsmen Invasion
The people of Ukpabi Nimbo, a community in the Uzo-Uwani area of Enugu State, which was attacked by Fulani herdsmen on Monday, have blamed security agencies for failing to act on “credible” information they provided before the attack.
The villagers, who said this when the state Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, visited the community on Tuesday, said they were abandoned even after they alerted security agencies of the plan to attack them.
The General Officer Commanding, 82 Division, Enugu, Major General Attahiru Ibrahim, and the Commissioner of Police, Enugu State, Nwodibo Ekechukwu, were also in the village on Tuesday.
Security was beefed up in the community during the visit, with heavily armed military and police personnel all positioned at strategic locations.
A community leader, Dr. George Ajogu, who spoke on behalf of the people of Ukpabi Nimbo at the village square, said the villagers were not taken unawares by the attack.
A corpse of one of the victims of the herdsmen’s attack, which was uncovered in the bush on Tuesday morning, was displayed in a police Toyota Hilux van at the event.
The corpse was said to be that of a secondary school teacher, who was reportedly abducted from his home and killed in the bush by the herdsmen.
Ajogu said more corpses were being uncovered in the bush as about 20 dead bodies were recovered.
Those saying 100 people were killed are just lying and being sentimental.
He noted that the attack would have been prevented had the security agencies acted on their information.
In an emotion-laden voice, Ajogu stated, “Had it been that security agencies responded appropriately, this would not have happened. They (Fulani herdsmen) did not take us unawares, we knew they were coming.
“We are not happy; we have been crying for more than two weeks that our community is under threat. Now, over 20 people are dead. We are still discovering corpses; we discovered one corpse this morning and so many corpses are still in the bush.
“We have been shouting and crying but the security agencies did not come to our aid; only one police patrol van comes to this community.
“Because we lack security, the Fulani come here and tell us the land is theirs. They tell the farmers to kneel down and they r*pe the women in front of their husbands.”
“Please don’t leave, if you leave now, they will return to attack us again. They (herdsmen) have been killing and r*ping our people for some time now,” the community leader added.
The governor urged the Federal Government to address the menace posed by the herdsmen.
"Until the Federal Government decides to address this situation, this will continue to happen,” he said.
Sources say the Herdsmen are angry that people were killing and eating their Cows in the community and all their complaints fell on deaf ears. Government should hurry and lock them down in ranches.
Another source said the police believe it was a case of communal clash and not Fulani Herdsmen.

Madwoman Gives Her Baby Girl Gutter Water After Giving Birth To Her(Photos)
A mentally ill woman who’s believed to be in her 40s – gave birth to a beautiful baby girl inside a bush she calls home at Effiakuma, Sekondi Metropolis, Ghana.
In the early hours of Friday, residents and passers-by saw the madwoman cuddling the baby and feeding her water from a gutter!
It’s unclear who the father of the baby is, but locals say this is not the first time the mad woman has given birth in the area. Apparently, anytime she gives birth some unidentified people suspected to be her relatives would come and take the baby away. Eyewitnesses said it’s perhaps the reason why she held on very tightly to this baby she just gave birth to and refused for anyone to touch her.

This is one chills moment when a couple were caught having s*x on the platform of a busy tube station in clear view of stunned commuters.
Daily Mail reports that the unbelievable scene was filmed by a local who spotted the amorous pair on a bench at Liceu Metro station in Barcelona, Spain.
The footage was captured in the early hours of Sunday morning and showed the couple half-n@ked on the platform while other passengers waited for a train to arrive.
A friend of the video maker told Catalan daily El Periodico:
‘We are fed up with these sorts of situations and that’s why we’ve decided to register a formal protest and go public with it.’
Local news also reported that it was unclear whether the pair let their emotions get the better of them after too much drink or whether they were partaking in a dare.

Mother and Daughter Graduates Same Day From The Same University in South Africa
A mother and her daughter have made history by graduating with degrees in Pharmacy in the same year from the same institution.
Nozibele Mpanga, a 56-year old traditional healer, and her 29-year-old daughter Nolindo were awarded their degrees at the University of the Western Cape.
The mother had decided to go back to school at the age 56, inspiring her daughter to add another feather to her cap.
Nozibele started studying in 2011, after she was diagnosed with cancer and was healed. She’d been fascinated by the idea of combining her gifts as a traditional healer and modern medicine
Nozibele says:
“I have always had the gift of healing and became a traditional healer at age 11.
“In Xhosa, you are a pharmacist because you can pick herbs and administer them but I wanted to also understand the science behind it.
“I had cancer of the oesophagus in 2011 and it was in the third stages and was malignant but I healed and I believe it was because of my faith and of course the medicine.”
